I’m Lisa Karasick, a registered psychologist with extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, chronic pain and psychological assessment. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice — drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy and biofeedback — and tailored entirely to the individual sitting across from me.

I believe that staying current with research isn’t optional. It’s what good care requires.
